The ELITE Mentoring Foundation was launched in 2019 with the purpose of mentoring students and young professionals who aspire to work in sports management.

The goal of this program is to teach students not only the profession but the perspective and dedication it takes to do the job the right way, with personal relationships, trust and passion at the heart of the work. ELITE was formed to pursue this goal. In essence,  ELITE provides students and members direct exposure to the sports management industry. The EMF curriculum is designed to give an insight into the business as well as what it takes to be successful within the business.

ELITE leverages Roger’s 20+ years of knowledge and experience in the sports management industry to provide training and guidance to aspiring agents. Through an innovative academic mentoring program, our students will receive direct educational exposure in sports management and athlete representation. ELITE seeks to teach all the necessary skills to become successful in the sports industry.
